SAFETY PROGRAM
The safety program at B+B Electric includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• A full time Safety Specialist whose duties include Safety and Workers' Comp
• A corporate level safety committee made up of employees and management representatives
• A media center dedicated to safety related training
• A full scope safety manual containing the company's policies regarding safe work practices
• A safety incentive program that ties together the individual's and the company's overall safety performance
• A return-to-work program that places an injured employee back into the work place as soon as possible
